A lot of these objects will grant specific things depending on state percentage, and who touches them. As i'm sure you already know, Darkest Dungeon's zones are litterd with objects which you can interact with, these are called 'curios'. It will also call for different items prior to going into the dungeon itself. As already stated, each zone will have different enemies and thus, will require a different party compositon. As for the jester I really enjoy pairing him with the abomination.Buy more stuff to get more stuff: Provisions and pickupsApart from pure stat boosts from quirks, trinkets and inventory items will be your main way to stay alive in the field, espcially on long or difficult dungeons. Or really ever worry about the buff at all - if rake isn't already killing stuff immediately, you should be using rage anyway. You still shouldn't use it on single targets. Originally posted by No One:No, rake definitely buffs rake. Moreover, start the JES up front using finale, to cut down on rear line issues. Then you can use rake, knowing there's another rake coming and the HWM on top. LEP/MAA would be pretty cool as they can guard themselves when marked and the MAA is a real tank.Īlthough I just thought of a new party to try. Now I hardly worry about it, I just take some strong party and have them deal with it however they can. I used to like to take leper/crusader parties and have them withstand/bulwark, but bulwark only lasts one round now. Unfortunately the occultist needs +stun resist and +debuff to properly weaken the swine princekinggod, and even then the -damage from the curse and +damage from mark stack additively, so the swins is still going to be doing some damage.
